The ‘Rookie’ seminars are designed for those cocktail enthusiasts who want to impress their family and friends at home. The classes are a mix of hands-on and demonstration. Students are able to sample six different cocktails and are expertly guided to make two of their choosing. Snacks are provided. Classes run for two hours from 5:30pm–7:30pm Tuesdays & Sundays.
