Dandelion Chocolate: Chocolate 101 – San Francisco, CA

Dandelion Chocolate is an artisinal bean-to-bar chocolate factory in San Francisco. We roast, crack, sort, winnow, grind, conch, and temper small batches of beans and then mold and package each bar by hand. By sourcing high quality beans and carefully crafting tiny batches, we try to bring out the individual flavors and nuances of each bean.
Our Chocolate 101 class takes place monthly, from 7-9 PM,  in our production kitchen. It’s an all-around introduction to chocolate. We’ll talk about the different types of chocolate and their ingredients, as well as our chocolate-making process, from sourcing beans to wrapping bars. We’ll taste chocolate in all of its unfinished and finished forms, give you a tour of our space, and leave plenty of time for your questions. You’ll also leave with a gift from us. Space is limited to 15 people, and we’ll send an email with all the details when you register. We hope you can come!
Price: $50
