Six Taste is excited to present our Financial District food tour, which combines tastings at some of the most diverse restaurants with an overview of some of the fascinating landmarks in the area. This tour gives visitors a glimpse into the culinary scene of a district on the brink of major renovations, while also showcasing fascinating historical landmarks such as Pershing Square, and the Richard Riordan Central Library.

Din Tai Fung, a renowned Taiwanese dumpling house, opened its first U.S. location right here in Arcadia. In fact, so many tourists visited Arcadia’s Din Tai Fung that a second location has recently opened right around the corner. Six Taste’s Taiwan food tour will begin at the world-famous Din Tai Fung Dumpling House, where guests can experience the excitement of the famous juicy pork dumpling and elusive soup dumpling. Melting Pot Food Tours – Farmers Market/3rd Street Food Tasting Tour in Mid-city

Join us as we stroll West 3rd Street in mid-city Los Angeles from the historic Farners Market at 3rd & Fairfax to the stylish Beverly Center at 3rd & La Cienega.

Get to know one of the most walkable streets  in L.A. teeming with cafes, bookstores, gourmet groceries, restaurants and the original Farmers Market.  Enjoy food tastings from a diverse  array of cuisines ranging from Brazilian to French to Japanese, and discover unique shops along the way including a tea emporium with an unrivaled selection of over 300 different types  of specialty teas and little known haunts frequented by celebrities.

The tour lasts approximately 3.5 hours and covers about 1 mile over flat terrain. The food samples along the way are enough so that for most people lunch afterward is not necessary. Tours are limited to 12 people and often sell out.

Melting Pot Food Tours – Old Pasadena Food Tasting Tour

Come experience the charming history, architecture and folklore of Old Pasadena while feasting upon culinary delights from neighborhood eateries.

The Melting Pot Food Tour tradition is to acquaint guests with extraordinarily delicious treasures that one may not typically find or taste on their own. The Old Pasadena tasting tour is destined to become a true signature of this, and promises a myriad of flavors that are both unforgettable and habit-worthy. The fascinating stories behind the foods, and this historic district that was once only a sunny land of orange groves, are guaranteed to entertain and delight.

Colorful alleys and secret thru-ways will spice up our path as we seek out spectacular ethnic eateries and sweets havens for tastings including an authentic Mexican tortas cafe, a rare Nepalese-Tibetan restaurant, and an exquisite chocolate shop. Also included is the pleasure of a sensory experience at a handmade soap kitchen.

The tour lasts approximately 3 hours and covers about 1 1/4 miles over flat terrain. The food samples along the way are enough so that for most people lunch or dinner afterwards is not necessary. Tours are limited to 15 people and are expected to sell out quickly.
