Let us take you to the heart of the city’s most popular drug – coffee! Mt. Pleasant may be one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city but it is home to some of the youngest and hippest locals. This tour is a must for coffee lovers. We will get you buzzing with four different coffee samples, a craft beer tasting, and an assortment of food all prepared by local chefs.
We start the morning off right with a creamy cappuccino at the stunning Gene Café then take you on an amazing coffee journey. We visit 6 popular cafes and eateries along bustling Main Street surrounded by vintage shops, bookstores, and historic architecture. Here, we will sample delicate French macaroons, gourmet zucchini chocolate muffins, a cheesy veggie quesadilla, and tuna bites, a house specialty. Not to mention the four hits of coffee that will be coursing through your veins. Add to that a craft beer pairing and you got yourself an amazing culinary journey.
This tour has a vegetarian option and substitutions can be made for the following allergies: shellfish & peanut. Due to the level of caffine consumed, this tour is not suitable for children or pregnant women. There is an alcohol sample on this tour. The legal drinking age in British Columbia is 19 years of age.
